Parking was available right out front of the room which was convenient. Air con was on before I arrived so the room was nice and cool. There is a slight slope going into the bathroom which is a bit of a hazard, I slipped the first time I walked in as there was no indication of the level change. Staff were nice and friendly.

Our key would not open our door. The staff were quick to respond and bent over backwards to sort it out ultimately making up a new room to accommodate us. Things can go wrong but their response was beyond what you would hope for.
