Appartment was clean & comfortable. Communication was clear & easy. While the 10p restriction on partying stopped the music from the bar and penthouse party 1 floor up, it didn’t stop the noise from party-goers in the parking lot or the shuffling of feet overhead. And, parking was tight. I’d stay here again, but might ask for a set of ear plugs & a reserved parking space.

Awesome Place to Stay in Gulfport

This is a great place to stay in Gulfport. The units are clean and comfortable. The pool is awesome. It is easy to find, and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Dawn, who manages the facility, is absolutely top notch. I’ve stayed here multiple times already, and highly recommend it.

The condo was very nice and new. We needed to text the host, Dawn, who was very responsive with the few issues we had. We had an issue with hearing lots of ongoing banging from the condo overhead and she did do her best to try and resolve. The pool and views are absolutely beautiful. Parking was easy to access and the cart to bring in our luggage was a good amenity to have.

Nice place. Pool was amazing. Dawn was super helpful. Pretty views. Nice location to everything. Parking was a bit crowded. Walls were paper thin so we could hear upstairs neighbors and apparently their own horse race track going all night until 1am. They are building a second edition so I hope they take into account more sound proofing.
