PLEASE NOTE: Starting Oct 19th - till Feb 5th 2027 – NOT on weekends - there will be construction in the building and periods of noise during business hours (Monday – Friday), as building restoration is occurring (and the outdoor pool will be closed from Oct 19th – February 5th). HOWEVER, in lieu of, we will provide you with property wristbands for the next door complex outdoor pool and lazy river. Also, the indoor pool at the complex will be open and heated.

As a result, rates have been reduced. Please connect with us - we will work with you and assist with an providing you with a weekend night stay at no cost (if booking at least two nights) - not a free weekend night, if the calendar availability allows for it with your dates of travel.

The view is great! Easy access to the beach. My favorite parts were how easy to get in and out of the parking lot, which is not always true for some condos. And I love taking naps on the balcony in the afternoons and sitting out on the balcony at nighttime. Sometimes I had to make myself go to bed!

Great location! Love the balcony furniture and view. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, perfect for a couple. We used the lower bunk to keep our carryon bags open since there was no space to keep them open in the bedroom. We appreciated the king sized bed in lieu of more floor space though!
