Regency Isle Unit #509...You will love the spacious 300 square foot balcony in this condo! The ocean view is what it's all about...right? Well, you'll get the BEST here!

Our condo is very open with over 1300 square feet of living. That's much larger than most 2 bedroom condos! The large, open kitchen has a fantastic view of the gulf as well! You will really enjoy cooking in this kitchen! And, there is a wet bar for making cocktails! The living room is very spacious with fabulous views and a new smart TV! The seating is very comfortable too! And, free wifi!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath and an entrance to the gulf-front balcony and a new smart TV. The Guest Room has two full-sized beds with an adjoining bath. We also have a half bath and full sized washer and dryer! So nice!!

From the moment we opened the door, we were in love! Immediate beach and Gulf view out the wide glass doors that opened to the balcony. From the balcony we had a perfect sunrise view. We saw dolphins, on multiple days, swimming directly out from our unit. Beach access was so simple, straight out of the elevator onto the walkway which also led to the outdoor pool area prior to the gorgeous and clean white sandy beach. The unit was well stocked for all of our needs during our stay. The first night we stayed, we walked around to explore the grounds. We felt very safe being greeted, while exploring the indoor pool/sauna/steam room/hot tub area, by a property security staff member. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked to see our required wristbands to verify we were “supposed to” be on the property which made us feel very safe. I could go on forever about this unit but book now and find out how amazing it is for yourself. During our stay we had a couple questions and received extremely fast responses by messaging as well as calling right before checkout. Definitely did not disappoint!!!

Th condo was beautifully decorated with a lot of space. The master bath was a nice size with double sinks, walk-in closet with a dresser, and a tub and shower. The beds were so comfortable.

Beach View Fantastic. Balcony was spacious. Location was awesome. Ceilings in 2nd bedroom had what appeared to be mold or dirt. Could not tell and did not use the room. Air intake under furnace door needs painted, as it was rust coated. Master Shower had mold around faucet handle and door. Top of Refrigerator was dirty, top of ceiling fans need cleaned and top of tvs were dirty. The top of the dryer was dirty, though both worked well. There was also a very strong bleach smell upon check in. This went away after a several hours but was very over overpowering on arrival. We had a good stay and enjoyed the time, though I might have a conversation with the cleaning crew given the details listed above.

Couple of minor injuries. Could not get shower to work in the second bathroom. The wall plugs in a couple places need replacing. They will barley hold what you plug in.

Fantastic location & Communication

This was to be a girls' trip for 3, turned out for only 2. The place would have been terrific either way. Kitchen well appointed although we only used the coffee makers and the fridge.Beach is great straight out of the building. The pool was nice too. There is an indoor pool, but did not use that at all.Had a fantastic time!Communication with the management company was excellent. Great emails with important info as well things to do in the area.

Not the Cleanest. Bed was very uncomfortable, and if you stay more than a week livingroom furniture is also uncomfortable. Recliner was the only decent chair. It didn’t look like they change mattress pads or bedspreads, kind of disgusting. Not worth what we had to pay when we had to reclean before
