The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We overlooked the pool which also provided a direct view of the beach. The pool was a "Lazy River" and was incredibly relaxing.

I requested a beach front view and I got the pool and part of the ocean I thought I was getting the whole ocean and no building beside me. Your neighbors on their deck can see you on your deck and can look in your room I did not like that

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would’ve left 5 stars except for the dogs. This a VERY dog friendly hotel. Dogs barking all the time and what sounded like fighting in the hallway. One of the bartenders by the pool couldn’t care less we were standing there to order a beer. Other than that beautiful views, great location and very short walk to the beach.

The view was wonderful. The staff(Patrick) was so very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived. The room could use some improvement though. The blackout curtain was filled with holes across the middle section of it. The room had the strangest lights that we have ever seen. I’m thinking they were to read by because you really only got about 2 watts per light. And the standing lamp by the window wasn’t strong enough either. So we really only had the one lamp on the bedside table by the wall and the lamp on the desk. You really need to either put in can ceiling lights or invest in more lamps that work.

We enjoyed out his hotel and the lazy river was an added bonus. The walkway to the beach was fantastic and it’s so close to the beach. Would stay here again. The carpet could use some major cleaning.

The okay things about room 300 was the view and the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The coffee pot was broken. 80% of electrical outlets in room did not work. Phone charge stations were non working. The lighting was horrible. Bathtub was rusted. Elevator was nasty. The staff was friendly and the maintenance staff senes to be doing as well of a job as they could with what they have to work with. Property needs work and updates.

So this part was out of their control they had issues with their dryers being broke and only had I think one so the room wasn’t ready at check in because all the hotel bedding was being done in one. The front desk guy was happy and made the wait bearable with his fun personality. Then when we got to the room the views were AMAZING. Unfortunately that was followed by outlets not working and then we found an outlet behind the bed that worked and within minutes my phone closed after trying to charge. We had to replace my IPhone because of it. The bed was comfortable and showers were nice and hot. I would stay again but make note to myself to NOT use their outlets.
