Initial room did not look over beach. Asked why we used 3rd party? It was cheaper. So much for Hilton's claim of being lowest price when using their reservation service. Negative was having to pay to park. This is not a major city where most people arrive by public transportation. Just quote the total cost without the hidden fees. Shame on Hilton

I was nervous upon check in. There was a youth convention and the lobby was crowded and loud. The front dest attendant was AMAZING! She assured me that the noise would not affect us at all. Sure enough, once we got to our room it was one of the most quiet and comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The bed was especially comfortable after a long drive and a full day of activity. We had a partial ocean view that was lovely. The breakfast was a level short of a full buffet. Which was a pleasant surprise. There were multiple waffle stations, cereral, muffins, fresh eggs, potatoes, juices, coffees. We did not take part in any of the amenities because it rained the day we stayed but we would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!! The room was oversized, 2 queen beds, more pillows than you could ask for, a couch, a sitting chair, a small desk work station. A small “kitchenette” included a sink, mini fridge, coffee machine. What wasn’t readily available WAS available in the lobby! Which was very nice! The only bummer was the 3am fire alarm that woke us. False alarm and didn’t have to leave just a bummer our sleep was interrupted knowing we had a full day of travel ahead of us. All in all 5 stars!!

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and the staff are the best! I love that they have a texting option- so we ran out of towels and I texted “Hi, can we get 4 more towels?” and they were there within an hour. It was cold and one of the staff offered to make my two babies hot cocoa when they got out of the (heated) pools- she was so sweet and made them feel like VIPs! The view was amazing, the beach was amazing- we walked it for hours and found some cool shells, it was within a short driving distance of everything- we ended up spending quite a bit of time at The Warf shopping area! Vinny’s Pizzaria was amazing and then we went on a dolphin siting tour with Cetacean Cruises Dolphin Tours and that was awesome! Oh, also, breakfast was really good! All around great little vacation!
