The Le Penthièvre apartment is located in Gujan-Mestras, in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in a quiet, leafy residence, close to shops and bike paths that will take you to the oyster ports and surrounding beaches. Our apartment is located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. It consists of a main room with an entrance hall, a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.) opening onto a southwest-facing balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining or relaxing. A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed is also available, along with a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. There is a private parking space in front of the residence, another space in the basement (great in summer), and you can securely store your bicycles in a locked bicycle storage room. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi/fiber optics. Heating is included in the price. Sheet and bath linen rentals are available, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (optional paid services).
