Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming, well-equipped little house with private parking. Located close to shops and a 12-minute walk from the port of Larros. 17 minutes by car to Arcachon. The accommodations are situated in a quiet and central neighborhood. The first floor comprises a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a dining room with an adjustable-height/extendable table and chairs for 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner gas hob with a gas bottle, extractor hood, combination microwave/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. A small bathroom with toilet and towel warmer. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase, leading to a mezzanine with two 90x200 cm beds. A private, secluded terrace with outdoor shelter, garden furniture, and a clothesline. Private parking in front of the house.
