Come and spend a pleasant time in this superb apartment located on the Bay of Arcachon. Two minutes walk from the typical port of Larros, its location is simply ideal, quick access to Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla, the Ocean beaches.
Fully equipped, this cozy little nest can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a parking space. With friends or family, this is the accommodation for you.
The accommodation
The apartment consists of a beautiful bright living room with sofa, TV, an open kitchen fully fitted and equipped (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine) a dining table for 4 people, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 and the other with two single beds of 90. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Arrival time (from 5pm) and check-out time (before 10am) cannot be changed.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase without a lift.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. you can either bring your own or rent it from the concierge, Subject to availability,

here are the prices: full bed linen: 20 € (large or small)
Towel kit: 8 € per person (1 large and a small towel),

Beds are to be made by the tenants. the linen will be brought on the day of arrival when the tenant enters.
The linen maybe: colored, white, mismatched and of all materials depending on availability.

For linen rental, please notify 1 week before in high season: July/August
and 48 hours before during the rest of the year (subject to availability)
