Welcome to the gîte de la Bourgonniere!

Nestled in the countryside, this gîte completely renovated in February 2025 is appreciated by our travellers for its quiet, calm and green setting.

Ideal for hiking, cycling and horseback riding enthusiasts due to its location on the GR39, its proximity to the Châteaubriant-Ploermel greenway, and the Vilaine towpath.

Motorsport enthusiasts appreciate its large outdoor area. parking that can accommodate a vehicle and trailer as well as its proximity to the famous Loheac motor racing circuit and its automobile museum.

You access your local stone cottage via a nicely planted wooden terrace where you can enjoy your meals on sunny days.

As you enter your accommodation, you will discover a living room of character with exposed stone walls and period beams, ensuring freshness in summer.
Under the large fireplace, an ethanol stove brings a cosy and warm side to your autumn evenings.
A perfectly equipped new kitchen awaits you and offers a view of the fields.
Equipment: fridge with freezer space, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, crockery.
Cleaning kit provided: sponge, dish towel, washing-up liquid, bin bag, paper towel, dishwasher tablet, floor liquid, vacuum cleaner.

Upstairs, the Alice Suite is a large room equipped with a Queen size bed and a single bed. Tastefully decorated, it offers a breathtaking view of the fields and our animals (horses, goats) depending on where they graze.
The Arthur room is equipped with two single beds. Each room has a storage space, blinds or blackout curtains. The beds are made for your arrival.
You will always find upstairs a bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, tissues. The toilets are separate.

Board games and books are available during your stay.

A lockable bike room is available for our cycling friends.

For babies: safety barrier, high chair, bathtub and potty are available on request.
