Die Wohnung ist in einem eigenen Haus, bei dem der 1. Stock bestimmt noch ausgebaut wird. Die Innenterrasse ist richtig schön und nicht überall einsehbar. Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Das Fernsehsofa hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich, sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage ist gut, auch Parkplatzprobleme gibt es nicht.
