The harbor and beaches are within walking distance; a surfing and kitesurfing spot is 10 minutes away

Located in the heart of Guilvinec, just a stone’s throw from all the shops and the famous market held there twice a week, this family home is ideal for a wonderful vacation with family or friends. You can do everything on foot: whether it’s heading to the harbor overlook to admire the magical spectacle of the fishing boats coming in at the end of the afternoon (a 2-minute walk), visiting the lovely local beaches (an 8-minute walk), the hiking trails, or simply to run errands or go to a restaurant (1 minute)—everything is within easy reach.<br>Extending from the dining room onto the veranda, a large, private terrace also lets you enjoy some quality time outdoors and plan a delicious dinner featuring grilled fish on a plancha.<br>For the younger guests (and the not-so-young ones, too!), a dedicated activity room (with a ping-pong table, pool table, indoor soccer goal, and basketball hoop) is provided.<br>Also for the little ones, a playroom (with Kapla blocks, Playmobil, Legos, racetracks, toy cars, etc.) as well as a library with over a hundred books are available.<br>The house has 5 bedrooms (4 large and one smaller one), as well as a 5- or 6-person dormitory for children. <br>As for the bathrooms, the house has a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a shower room with a shower and sink, and two separate toilets.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped.<br>A large garage provides space to store beach gear, water sports equipment (surfboards, paddleboards, kites), and bicycles.<br>A reserved parking spot in front of the house is provided. However, it’s very easy to park nearby for other vehicles.<br>TV, Internet, and Wi-Fi are available.<br>Our main goal is for you to feel right at home!
