At our place, you’ll enjoy all the amenities you need for a perfect stay, designed for both relaxation and special moments.

The property features a front patio in the form of a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for enjoying outdoor barbecues, relaxing in the heated hot tub, or unwinding in the chill-out area, whether by reading a book or sharing a romantic evening. At night, the carefully designed ambient lighting and the outdoor fire pit create a warm and very welcoming atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find an open and cozy living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, a sofa, a dining table, a side table, and an electric fireplace—perfect for cold, rainy winter days.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make you feel right at home throughout your stay.

The accommodation features a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Due to the single-slope roof design of the tiny house, the ceiling height in the shower area varies between approximately 165 and 190 cm.

It also has two bedrooms with closets:
• Master bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed
• Second bedroom with a 120x190 cm bed, suitable for two people

We also provide a baby crib upon prior request, at no additional cost.

You’ll have exclusive, private access to the cottage, which includes:

• Porch with incredible views

You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the mini-house’s private terrace, equipped with:

🐶 Pets
Up to two dogs are allowed at no additional charge, provided advance notice is given.

♨️ Hot tub
The heated hot tub is available year-round. For safety reasons, its use is strictly prohibited on rainy days and/or during thunderstorms.

The pool is shared within the villa and will be available to Luna House guests:

🏡 Access, Common Areas, and Rules

Luna House is located within Villa Betania, a private villa spanning over 2,000 m² surrounded by nature, tranquility, and spacious outdoor areas, with over 200 m² of gardens and common areas.

Access to the villa is via a key box; the necessary information is provided to the guest on the day of arrival, offering a convenient and flexible check-in.

Villa Betania currently consists of several independent accommodations. In addition to Luna House, there is another vacation rental (currently under renovation) and a residence occupied by the owners. Each space has its own private areas, ensuring privacy and peace of mind for all guests.

Within Villa Betania, there are some areas cordoned off due to ongoing renovations aimed at the continuous improvement of the property. For safety reasons, guests, children, or pets are not permitted to cross the barrier fences.

👉 The areas listed and described in the listing are freely accessible and have no restrictions.

Common areas are shared by guests, the property, and maintenance staff, and may be accessed at any time. Under no circumstances may you enter the private areas of Luna House, nor may you interfere with the privacy, peace, or enjoyment of the guests.

🐾 Pet Policies
Pets are allowed, but the following rules apply:
• They must remain under their owners’ supervision at all times.
• Potentially dangerous breeds or animals that react aggressively toward other people or animals must wear a muzzle in common areas.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas; failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.

These rules ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

🌿 Natural Setting
Luna House is located in a natural setting surrounded by countryside and vegetation, so it is normal to encounter occasional insects, especially at certain times of the year. This natural setting offers tranquility, hiking trails, and a relaxing atmosphere—perfect for those looking to unwind without giving up the proximity to Seville.
⚠️ Other Important Details
• Pets: Pets are allowed, but you must always notify us in advance. Maximum of two dogs 🐾.
• Heated Jacuzzi: Available year-round.
• In winter, it must be turned on at least 6 hours before use to reach the maximum temperature of 40°C.
• Heating time may vary depending on the ambient temperature.
• Improper use, or altering the water in violation of maintenance guidelines or product regulations, will result in additional charges for cleaning and water replacement.
• Fire pit and barbecue: Firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the barbecue are not included.
• If additional guests are accommodated without prior authorization, a penalty of €50 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
