Warm and modern apartment in the heart of the resort of Valberg, on two floors of about 100m2 including a large terrace with a brazier, wood bbq and large gas plancha.
The property has a capacity of 6 people.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathrooms and all the necessary equipment as well as Tv in each room.
A kitchen (induction hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, small wine cellar, Nespresso machine etc... and of course everything for mountain dishes such as fondues, raclettes..) open to the living and dining room with a bar, ideal for having a drink after a great day of sport.
The solid wood dining table can accommodate 6 to 8 guests maximum.
You can rest on a large sofa of extreme comfort in front of a good movie. (Be careful, do not jump on the sofa because it is of great value). Ethanol fireplace (but be careful with its use.)
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with TV and large Velux, with two children's beds that can also accommodate teenagers. Next to the bedroom, the apartment has a small "cinema lounge" area with overhead projector where you can watch movies lying on a futon.
The upstairs bathroom has a small bathtub, a small laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
This bathroom also hosts a two-seater wooden sauna.
All the bath towels in the name of the chalet will also be provided, as well as all the sheets for maximum comfort.
All the rooms will be completely disinfected before your arrival.
At the bottom of the chalet, you can store your skis in a small secure wooden room.
Free parking spaces "theoretically" reserved for owners in front of the chalet.
The chalet is located less than a minute from the centre of the resort (and therefore from the ski start) so ideally located because you will find in order, a wood-fired grill restaurant, a newsagent, a bakery and pastry shop, a pharmacy, the famous Schuss (an unmissable meeting place for skiers and instructors to have an aperitif and Socca!), a ski equipment and sports rental shop of all kinds next to which you will find the ski school.
