We loved this hotel. Location is amazing, building looks new. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff and in the reception Maya gave us attention with all we need. We stayed in a room with a patio view but we used the rooftop bar to have the river view. We rented bikes from the hotel for just 40yenes for a full day around.

The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (It would be absolutely perfect if they added a coffee machine to the breakfast area, but this was a minor thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.)

For my entire trip around Guilin, Hong Kong and Beijing, this hotel is truly the best one I stayed at. Yes its a bit more than what you can get locally, but what a delight this hotel experience was. The location being right by the river for an enjoyable day or evening walk to the exceptional - i say exceptional - service from the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean. My girlfriend wanted to try a different hotel every night and so i was quite sad that we couldn't stay here the rest of the trip, it was THAT delightful. They have tours available at the front desk, and can rent e-scooters right there. Actually for someone who's travelled extensively, this hotel rates as one of the best i have ever stay in. I usually don't give long reviews, but this one was well worth it. This place is GEM.
