駅近くで便利

桂林駅およびバス停が近くてとても便利です。 建物は古く、設備は最低限ですが、泊るだけなら問題ありません。 英語が話せるスタッフがほとんどおらず、 クレジットカードも機械が壊れて使えませんでした。 それ以外はサービスも問題ありません。 トータルすれば満足です。

room was ok for the price

The hotel location was convenient, just off the main street on a side street / parking lot. You could need to walk to the main street to catch a taxi. Guilin Railway Station and the long distance bus station are nearby, and can take public buses on the main street. The room was ok for the price. It was not as good as shown on the website photos. There were cracks in the room's walls and floors. Water pressure was not very good. The very tiny roll of toilet paper was insufficient for even one day, so I had to ask the cleaning staff for an extra roll whenever I see them. The hotel seemed focused on selling products - various products with price tags were placed in the bathroom and on desks. There is a store in the hotel lobby that sells water, snacks, and souvenirs. They initially could not find my Expedia reservation, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes and several staff to verify it. Customer service depends on the staff on duty. To sum it up: great location, everything else is average for the price.
