Me and my fiancé have stayed here at least twice a year for the last 3 years and we haven’t had any problems. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The grounds are breathtaking. And the food is top notch! If you have never been there before put it on your list.

The absolute best experience. We booked several rooms for a family party (90th birthday) and Tom and the Team went above and beyond for us multiple times. The rooms were fantastic, the atmosphere was great, the food and drink was wonderful and Kate and the Crew felt like part of the family from the outset. The room was super clean and welcoming. Very nice honesty bar with some well needed snacks. Lovely guest toiletries in bathroom and everything you would need to have a pleasant & welcoming stay. The breakfast staff were particularly helpful and kind. I will be back when next in the area.

Was a great little pub. Rooms could be a little better cleaned. Smell out of my bathroom and ceiling had water damage. The bar and restaurant was gorgeous. Food was outstanding. But when i went to check out the nxt day early for work i couldn't. As the reception/restaurant part doesn't open til 8am

Very nice ground floor room with small patio overlooking the garden. Room was very comfortable with all the amenties that one needs, We had a good dinner with our grandkids. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh farmhouse bread etc. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
