Room was very clean, reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, all staff who worked at the event we attended were again extremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms were nice and comfortable. Car parking is convoluted. Service at bar and breakfast was non existent, which was a shame as the checkin experience was warm and welcoming

Room was spotless and perfect for one person. The drinks selection in the room was very generous as were the snacks. The staff were all super friendly and helpful....not one grumpy face!

We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived, all the staff were very friendly, room very clean, breakfast very good. Hotel was in walking distance to the main street and the theatre we visited. On ly stayed one night but very pleased with everything.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Scarlet. Breakfast is delicious and the accommodations were comfortable, clean and appealing. A great location to explore downtown Guildford from. We even walked there from train station (good way to get our steps in).
