We’ve lovingly renovated this classic 1960’s beach house with a new kitchen, brand new furniture, appliances and finishing touches you can see, feel and enjoy.

The huge front deck is where the magic happens. Sink into the leather lounges (seating for 10), sip your favourite drink and watch fairy floss sunsets over the ocean. Weatherproof blinds keep you cosy if the wind picks up. Out the back, the sheltered patio has comfy seating and a 4-burner BBQ.

Every bed has a quality mattress, and electric blankets and throw rugs keep things snug on cooler nights. Each bedroom and the living areas have their own air conditioning, though the sea breeze and ceiling fans are often all you’ll need.

The renovated kitchen has everything your own kitchen has and more: a 900mm oven, double fridge with ice maker, 5-stage filtered water, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with pods, bread maker, rice cooker, toastie maker and pantry essentials.

Settle in with a movie on the 65-inch TV and Bose soundbar or stream your own music via Bluetooth. Fast, unlimited NBN Wi-Fi means everyone can stream at once. There’s also a washer and dryer, plus parking for 2 cars under the house and more in the driveway.

Please note: the house has stairs, slopes and gravel, but there's a gentle grassy slope up the side for anyone who can't manage the front stairs.
