The game room is your headquarters for ping pong tournaments, foosball face-offs, and endless laughter for all ages.
When you’re ready to explore, downtown Guerneville is just a mile away with shops, restaurants, and river adventures, while your private deck and riverfront view make it feel like your own secret hideaway. Paddle, float, hike, or just kick back with your crew and let the river set the pace.

Parking: Up to 3 small or 2 medium sized vehicles in driveway

NO Smoking of Anything on Property
***Quiet on deck and in hot tub area 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for ALL vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space" on deck, in hot tub area and game room/garage
