Gîte Bois Brûlé: Authentic Charm in Guérande

A surprising cottage between land and sea. A warm renovation and striking new construction combining woodwork and exposed stone, the Bois Brûlé cottage (two cottages connected by a bright hall) is located in a peaceful setting at the foot of the Guérande salt marshes, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St Nazaire. It features a 200 m² enclosed south-facing area with two fully enclosed 100 m² wooden terraces (1.50 m high) plus an east-facing terrace.

Ground floor (wheelchair accessible): spacious living/dining rooms with a 140x190 cm sofa bed (two stoves: wood/pellet) with open-plan fitted kitchens, a large dining room for 15 people, a shower room/WC, and a separate WC.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 3: 140x190cm bed, bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together + 1 single bed (80x190cm), bedroom 4: 3 single beds (90x190cm), 2 of which can be joined together), mezzanine with TV (extra bed 110x190cm), bathroom/WC, shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi/Ethernet, foreign TV channels, games and books for adults and children.
Included: gas heating, electricity, linens.
Not included: bed linen (€8/person), towels (€6/person), compressed logs (€1/log), wood pellets (€10/bag/48h), tourist tax, and mandatory cleaning fee (€120) payable to the owner (if not paid at the time of booking) due to the size of the property. Baby equipment (€10). Security deposit €600. Pets: €5/night (deposit €100/pet).

For business stays of more than two weeks (negotiable rates): mandatory €120 fee (cleaning + linens for the entire gîte), maximum 7 employees, to be renewed monthly.
