Relais de chasse trĂšs joliment et rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© que ce soit les chambres ou le restaurant. Quelques finitions Ă  parfaire cependant (fuite sous l’évier, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, Ă©viers trop petits, pas de table de nuit). Literie trĂšs confortable, chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisĂ©e. Nous avons trĂšs bien mangĂ© au restaurant gastronomique du lieu mĂȘme si le dĂ©marrage du service n’était pas au top (pas de description du plat, ni du vin servi sans l’avoir goĂ»tĂ© au prĂ©alable), ce qui a Ă©tĂ© rattrapĂ© en milieu de service. Un gros bĂ©mol sur l’accueil : cruel manque d’explications sur le concept du lieu que ce soit sur expĂ©dia ou Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Personnel stressĂ©, nous n’avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli que par une personne et n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sentĂ©s Ă  Manon et Lucas. Nous avons senti la volontĂ© de bien faire mais cependant la pression Ă©tait palpable et franchement malaisante. Les supplĂ©ments demandĂ©s pour plusieurs choses sont Ă©galement Ă©tonnant et irritant. TrĂšs joli concept mais qui a besoin de maturation.

Quiet village, new hotel

Beautiful place, newly reconstructed. No room service / no room cleaning during the stay, but amazing linen bed sheets. Unconvincing dialogs with the owners... 3 Danes (big dogs) running around. The scheme of breakfast need to change, now it is in style "do you want this, do you want that?"... no smorgasbord... Luxurious Italian restaurant inhouse.
