Historic hotel experience

Nice quaint old converted mansion into a period hotel in a quiet neighborhood of a small Alsacian town. Everything was done well with personal service and attention. An elevator is the only thing that would make it easier for older people and heavy luggage. Highly recommend for a unique experience back in time.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the lack of a warm welcome set the tone for our stay. The breakfast was of very poor quality. Overall, the lack of hospitality and attention to basic standards made my stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Wir waren für eine Nacht zur Durchreise nach Burgund und fanden die Unterkunft sehr ansprechend. Mondäne Eleganz mit etwas Patina und ein freundlicher Empfang. Ein leckeres Frühstück im kleinen Park und die Atmosphäre des Herrenhauses hinterlassen eine schöne Erinnerung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Charmantes französisches Hotel.

Ein sehr schönes charmantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Das Gebäude aus der Mitte des 19.Jahrhunderts fasziniert mit seiner Architektur, den schönen Decken und der Vielzahl von Kunstwerken an allen Wänden. Parkplätze waren grosszügig verfügbar. Auf meine Frage wurde mir ein kleines Restaurant in der Nähe empfohlen und auch telefonisch ein Tisch reserviert. Das Frühstück war gut und der riesige Park war perfekt für einen Spaziergang mit unserem Hund. Ich würde sofort wieder dort einkehren.

Quite an old property that was originally a home but mid 1800s. The owners have fitted this out in a very sympathetic way to the buildings heritage. Big rooms, high ceilings and ornate covings etc, furniture and fittings to suit. How they found all this stuff... heaven knows, but perfect.

Dans l'ensemble pas trop mal ... manque un peu de chaleur en terme d'accueil, les services ne saute pas aux yeux. Cela reste néanmoins un bel établissement ,ce qui cache l'expérience c'est les toiles d'araignées géantes au plafond de la chambre.
