There is a communal sauna, bouncy castle, swings, table soccer, a boules court and a playground. In the service house, which is located under the apartment, there is a small kiosk and bicycle rental. From the nearest sandy beach you are only 250 m away. Here you can swim, practice water sports, relax and take a wonderful walk.
