Transport and check-in were excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice, but hot and the AC took a long time to cool the room. The pool was great, but needed access to pool towels. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The room service was good, along with cleaning. Check-out was not very pleasant and staff at the desk were helpful but not friendly.
