Cabaña Real is a lovely, fully equipped Canadian-style house in an exclusive residential neighborhood in Zone 16, Guatemala City. Within the residential community, you’ll find neighborhood stores (grocery stores), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, barbershops, beauty salons, ATMs, and much more. Cabaña Real is just a few minutes from Ciudad Cayala and many other shopping centers.

The interior consists of an open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tableware and kitchen utensils, water purifier) and a dining area.
