We booked this hotel because it’s a beautiful place and because it has airport transportation. The airport transportation was so bad on many levels. We called ahead for our pick up and saw the van but before we could get to it it drove away. So we had to wait another 25 minutes in the cold with a baby and 2 kids. Then to get an airport transfer back to The airport they said the only go once an hour and they were full and booked up for 4 hours and had one available that was to late for our flight. They said sorry you can take a taxi for $40 when it should have been included in our stay. Need to have more airport runs for the many people who stay there.

I would've given a 5 star, but we were 3 occupants and every day I had to call to remind them about the extra set of towels, very annoying and the fact that I wasn't allowed to enjoy a snack by the pool unless it was bought at the hotel and the variety on the spot is very limited.

The room was clean, but needs an update. The hotel itself is very nice with 3 restaurants to choose from. We stayed over for an early flight out. Very convenient with the close proximity to the airport and a free airport shuttle..

We have been staying here for years. We love this hotel. We had to get to the airport before breakfast. Dinner the night before was delicious. We chose the buffet. The hotel staff is always kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

My husband made the reservation and staff told him that I could take a shuttle to the airport at 4 pm. When I checked in today, they told me the 4 am shuttle is full. Now, I need to find my own transportation to the airport. The point of staying in this hotel is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. Thus, there is no point to stay here if I need to find my own transportation to the airport. It is creating a lot of stress and anxiety. No worth it.
