Sinceramente é um local que precisa de muitas manutenções, a experiência foi bem desagradável, principalmente porque estávamos em lua de mel Local bem abandonado, não possuía se quer uma tomada 127v ou um conversor Quando chegamos no quarto, toda a aparelhagem da TV errada e fora do lugar, a TV simplesmente não conectava na Internet impossibilitando logarmos a Netflix por exemplo, para assistirmos (nem Internet tinha para ser sincera). Frigobar velho desligava sozinho e funcionava quando queria por poucos minutos, chuveiro demorava horrores para esquentar, cortina, lençóis manchados, bem decepcionante Outra decepção a parte foi o café da manhã, mesa sujas, ninguém para recolher as bagunças dos outros hóspedes, então minha mulher mesmo que recolheu e limpou uma das mesas para usarmos, por mais que aparenta ter variedade de itens, são horríveis, pães duros e secos, como se já estivessem ali a alguns dias, pão de queijo visivelmente do dia anterior, pois estava duro, frutas com gosto estranho, como se tivessem sido armazenadas na maneira errada Os dois únicos pontos positivos são, localização, vista bem bonita de frente para o mar E outro ponto positivo foi o atendimento dos funcionários, todos super educados, infelizmente entendemos que eles não tem culpa alguma da falta de estrutura do local. Não voltaria, não recomendaria, fotos bem diferente de como realmente é!!!!

A localização do hotel e sua estrutura é excelente, porém falta investimento, pessoas qualificadas para o trabalho na recepção, os colchões estão com cheiro forte, é uma verdadeira judiação de recursos. Um bom gerenciamento colocaria esse hotel no topo. Em relação ao restaurante que tem um “chefe”, misericórdia, uma vergonha, totalmente despreparado, me serviu um macarrão com molho branco horrível, só tinha água e farinha de trigo, tb um desperdício, a falta de um gerenciamento faz o hóspede passar raiva e ficar desapontado.

Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, café delicia apesar de ser igual todos os dias. Vi muitas reclamações sobre o hotel e se fosse por esses comentários eu não iria mas ainda bem q fui e não me arrependo, piscina ótima funcionarios educados, colchão excelente, o hotel prwvisa de algumas manutenções mas não é nada alarmante como alguns destacaram, voltarei mais vezes e indico a todos conhecer e tirar suas próprias conclusões, ar condicionado realmente é antigo e barulhento mas nada que atrapalhe muito, pelo preço valeu e eu volto amei a estadia.

Hotel de frente para a praia. Café da manhã razoável. Chuveiro bom. Aparelho de TV e programação à cabo bons. Funcionários atenciosos. Estacionamento pequeno, pedem para deixar a chave para manobrar. Não há climatização no restaurante. Quartos precisam de reforma, precisam de novos colchões e travesseiros, aparelho de ar condicionado extremamente barulhento.

O hotel não condiz com o que é apresentado no site. É tudo muito velho e o atendimento no geral não é nada profissional. Parece que os funcionários estão fazendo um favor em te atender. Desci para pegar uma água e disseram que não podia colocar na conta do quarto. Quando fui pagar disseram que não tinha troco para 20 reais. Enfim, tive que ser grosseira para pegar uma água no hotel. Fui tomar um café à tarde e o rapaz traz um sache de açucar e um de adoçante e pede para eu escolher para já levar o outro de volta. Achei ridículo. Fiquei em um quarto familia para 5 pessoas e não queriam dar 2 chaves alegando que só costumam dar uma. O lugar está muito longe de ser um hotel. Sinto muito. Tem ótima piscina e localização, mas é só isso.

Quarto limpo. Apenas tivemos problemas com o cartao de acesso, o tempo todo saiamos e a pensavamos que a porta estava fechada mas estava aberta, um perigo. E o ar condicionado é muito barulhento.
