Excelente... recepção nota 1000 super prestativa.

Primeiro agradeço muito pela empatia ,pois tenho um filho autista e portador de epilepsia que infelizmente quando estamos chegando teve uma convulsão onde acabou vomitando e estava tudo sujo , nosso intuito era chegar cedo aproveitar a praia e fazer o check in as 14 hrs ,como aconteceu esses imprevistos fui para o hotel e perguntei se havia a possibilidade de fazer o check in naquele momento pois além de um banho meu filho precisa dormir por conta da crise forte ,a moça que nós recepcionou deixou a gente entrar e tbm deixou eu lavar a roupa suja dele ... muitoooooo obrigada mesmo.
