Como sempre, tudo muito bom. Parabéns a toda equipe. Como sugestão, a piscina podia ser aquecida no inverno. Seria um diferencial enorme. Fica a dica.

Logo na chegada, fomos alojados em um quarto em péssimo estado, com cheiro forte de mofo e cobertores estavam sujos usados, suados e sem lavar. Ao reclamarmos, fomos realocados para outro apartamento no 20andar, que se revelou ainda pior: o teto estava totlmente mofado' a geladeira está desligada com mofo e com uma flanela laranja suja e mofada e o cômodo era impróprio para uso. Sem alternativa viável, voltamos ao primeiro quarto apenas para pernoitar. Somente no dia seguinte nos ofereceram um quarto condizente com o que havíamos contratado. Porem, o sofa da sala estava molhado parecendo que jogaram agua. Ressalto que os atendentes da recepção foram muito solícitos e educados; minha insatisfação se restringe unicamente às péssimas condições das instalações. Em condições insalubres devido ao mofo.

O quarto precisa urgente de uma faxina geral e de manutenção. Portas com marcas de dedos na lateral da fechadura. Paredes cheias de sujeira. Mofo na parte de baixo do armário, vindo do chuveiro. Chuveiro com vazamentos. Iluminação estranha, não condizente com hotel. Só salva a equipe de funcionários. Pelo preço, precisa melhorar e muito.

O Hotel oferece um otimo custo benefício. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, o café da manhã é excelente, o apto. é amplo e confortável e bem localizado. Mas as toalhas precisam ser renovadas com urgência.

O quarto muito abaixo do que esperávamos. O Chão do quarto prestava grudento como se estivesse mal limpo. Muito úmido o ambiente. O ar condicionado resfriada, só fazia barulho.
