Cozy townhouse in a secure, family-friendly complex—conveniently located in Enseada

Very cozy two-story house, ideal for families and couples. Includes 500 Mbps VIVO Fiber Wi-Fi for "beach-office" use.
Well-ventilated, with ceiling fans and good lighting. It has safety nets on the windows of the upper floor, 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed + extra mattress. Small semi-covered internal yard, suitable for leaving pet diapers and food (we only accept small animals up to 10 kilos).
One parking space for a passenger car; there is no room for a pickup truck or large vehicle.
The house's location is very strategic for the beach and basic needs:
- 10 min walk from Enseada beach,
- 4 minutes from the Extra Supermarket (with a 24-hour ATM),
- 4 minutes from the pharmacy
- 4 minutes McDonald's
