Bita, zelador do prédio, muito prestativo e comunicativo, sempre disponível para retirada de dúvidas e às demandas que surgiram. A Sra. Zenaide é uma ótima anfitriã, o apartamento estava super limpo e organizado. É bem amplo e a cerca de 10min da Praia da Enseada (andando). Agradeço a hospitalidade e recomendo a reserva!
