O apartamento é incrível. Minha família ficou encantada com o lugar. Exatamente como o anúncio, bem limpo e muito bem localizado, praticamente pé na areia. A equipe do condomínio está de parabéns, o pessoal muito educado e prestativo. Levam as cadeiras e o guarda-sol pra praia e no fim da tarde recolhe. Olá, me chamo Cleiton e estive junto com minha família, neste apartamento no Guarujá entre os dias 10/12/21 a 12/10/21. Quero deixar aqui minha enorme satisfação, com a proprietária Meri, que é muito atenciosa, aos funcionários do condomínio que são muito educados e prestativos e dizer que o AP é realmente muito bom, até melhor do que as fotos que vimos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, nos sentimos em casa. E olha que frequento o Guarujá, ali na praia das Pitangueiras a muitos anos e realmente esse AP se destacou de forma positiva. Com certeza voltaremos! Indico a todos.
