    Pretty decent price and pretty decent hotel for when I go by myself, but I wouldn't go there with my wife. the service wasn't bad. except one night when when i went to pick up my food delivery from the front desk. And they let me wait 15 minutes for it. And keps saying one Moment plz

    Smelly room

    Even though I check in at 7pm, the counter still say the room was not ready and was waiting for cleaning because they also offer hourly rental. Furthermore, the whole hotel and the room was so smelly.because there are a lot of middle east people stay there and smoke every where.

    Hotels.com non refundable rate turned out was for a special room. As in the smallest room they had. Really only suitable for 1 person. Desk not used as had to squeeze by bed and tv to get access. Toilet and shower while modern were in the same compartment. Asked to change to a bigger room and told the only option was a windowless room. Fine as long as it was non smoking and female receptionist said it was. When confronted with an astray in the room she said in her bravado (as in lies) that guests know they are not supposed to smoke. C'mon there are no signs and this is China. Everyone smokes! Aside from her the other staff were fine. Most only spoke Mandarin. Wifi in larger room didn't work so changed back to smaller room. Hotel has a good dim sum restaurant on the 3rd floor. Elevators were extremely slow. Expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Only steps away from Tao Jin metro and a Friendship store.

    I like the location as it is very near the mtr. I must give special thanks to the security guard who helped us to reason with the taxi driver who tried to con us when we arrived at 3 am.

    Near Metro Stop

    Nothing special the girl in front desk gave me very bad room I couldn't even get in with my bag and when I spoke to her she told me you can change the hotel if you don't like and we still got your money refused to let me talk to a supervisor. Even I was in that hotel a few days before. you wake up at 6:00 am every day because they have construction on top floor.

    Convenient location near subway

    The hotel is not too far from subway station and is easy to find. Size of our room, including bathroom is pretty good. It comes with free wifi and it worked well. Our booking came with breakfast - we tried it once and didn't like it very much. The place for breakfast is small and not very comfortable. Also, the food is not very good. You can skip it.

    Good Value for Price

    Stayed here twice already and was better than expected especially given the relatively good price and being right near the metro. There is also a big yum cha restaurant inside the building so that's convenient. However both times the room that was booked was not available - one time had to pay extra to upgrade and one time was upgraded for free. I would come back here but need to be firm on the room that was booked and not pay for upgrades without prior notification.

    Guangzhou stay

    I called the housekeeping three times with different days nobody answered, so I just called the reception for extra pillow too bad the hotel does not have extra pillow. The room is ok, but there is no safebox and cabinet. the size of the room is enough if you will just sleep on it but if you will try to bring more than 1 friend they won't fit For the cleanliness of the room I could say that its clean except for 1 night I used the tea cup they did not clean it.
