I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent and kept the room fresh every day. A special shoutout to Sunny Lin at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made my check-in smooth and even helped me extend my check-out time, which I really appreciated. Her excellent service made a big difference in my stay. Overall, the service was top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

Overall it is ok. Staff services are very good. However, the goods are not good (e.g. freshness, variety, taste (too salty and oily to me)). The drinks might not be clean or it’s contaminated. I have stomach aches and very very loose stool throughout my stay there for 5 days.

I was booked the kids room and when we opened the door it can smell smoke. So bad… we stayed for 6 nights and changed 4 different rooms and all smelled like smoke.. I will never go back.. bad for everything
