It is all base level of a 5 star hotel, nothing wrong but also nothing exceeding. There are so many new hotels presenting better options, sadly white swan has no advantage or selling point anymore. On the new year day, I made a phone call to reception and started the conversation with “happy new year”. The girl did not say anything back, that is a very good example of the level of service now.

Staff at concierge were helpful and polite. They handled the requests efficiently and considerate. Regarding the breakfast, there’re variety food for customers to select. The view of our room no. 2206 which was facing the river was fantastic. Whiteswan hotel’s location was within the walking distance from the Huang Sha MTR station where you could directly take it from the Guangzhou East Highspeed railway. Overall is 👍👍👏👏
