Surely a beautiful hotel but somehow it felt soooo busy that you could never get the attention of any of the team. The only person who stood out was the Guest Service Manager James who did his utmost to accommodate any request. Location is great when going to the Canton Fairgrounds (10-15 minutes walk).

Love the amenities: Gym, Sunna, steam-room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool. Location: it’s closed to the Sky tower and mall. Definitely gonna come back again!

A well-located and comfortable stay that made the whole trip effortless. The hotel is just a short distance from the fair, which was incredibly convenient—no long commutes or stress getting there each day. The standout feature was definitely the lounge. It’s beautifully designed, relaxed, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Whether for a quiet drink or informal meetings, it really adds to the overall experience
