Dirty and unsafe!

This is a terrible property that should be avoided! the room may look nice on photo but 1) the overall condition is very poor; 2) dirty and 3) hot water system is not suitable that is not suitable for more than one person to use shower.. until you can spend hours to wait the system to boil the hot water again; 4) this is a commercial building you have all sorts of people to use lifts and hang out on the floor.

位置適合逛街購物，房間大、隔壁樓下就是大商場，吃的不成問題 但：報到櫃檯不好找、要轉乘電梯、房間沒有準時供入住、整潔度一般般、衛浴設備老舊、水量無法穩定、清潔度可以更好

Poor hygiene and cleanliness !!!

During our stay, we found a lot of live cockroaches(>10 at least), especially in the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was not good. The front desk clerk also responded that this was "normal", which was really puzzling.

I was amazed at how convenient this location is. It's literally at the center of everything. The building itself is above this huge mall and on top of like 3 metro stations. The loft apartment has everything my family needs. I travel with kids so it's quite nice to have that much space and able to do our laundry. It is very price worthy in my opinion. Would recommend to others if they were here for family travel.

立地は良いが、その場所はすぐに見つけられない。電話で確認しないと発見は難しい。室内の状態はあまり良くないが、清掃はされていて寝るだけならば問題はないと思う。シャワー室の天井が低いので、背の高い人と潔癖症の人は不可と思います。
