Everything was bad, nothing was good in this hotel: A lot of flies inside the room Ripped towels Very dirty sheets Blood stains on the sheets Broken laundry basket Dirty bathroom and toilet Far away from Canton Fair but in Expedia stated the distance from this hotel to Canton Fair is about 6 mils which is not correct, it's about 43 miles or more

Staff was very unprofessional and the hotel is located at a different location than what’s advertised. They say they have a location at Xiaobei but they don’t and will end up getting you confused looking for something where it’s not. They also couldn’t offer a shuttle service and their young man at the reception is very arrogant and rude.

我通过hotels.com预订了四间客房，入住时间为12月5日至10日。我预订的是双床房，但实际只收到了一张床。地图显示酒店距离北京步行街仅8分钟车程，但实际上却需要30分钟。酒店靠近白云机场，但实际情况与描述不符。房间非常脏，浴室毛巾也破了。工作人员态度粗鲁、冷漠且不乐于助人。酒店提供机场接送服务，但司机却把我家人的行李扔来扔去，损坏了不少。这次入住体验非常糟糕，我预订了四间客房，住了六天。I booked four rooms through hotel.com for the holidays from December 5th to 10th. I booked a room with two beds, but only received one. The map showed it was 8 minutes from Beijing Walking Street, but it was actually 30 minutes. The hotel was near Baiyun Airport, which was not as described. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom towels were torn. The staff were very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. When the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, the driver threw my family's belongings around, damaging them. I had a very bad experience booking four rooms for six days here.
