Special thanks to customer service housekeeper TT. Perfect stay at Kaishi Hotel right next to Dafo Temple! The location is unbeatable, super close to the pedestrian street and easy to get around. Wifi connected but no youtube access. No proper pickup/dropoff area for public transfer. Consider last minute booking, don't really worth the price. Booked 2 night stay and paid in full in advanced. Upon arrival front desk advised room has no windows (booking mentioned none of this). Was also told had to change rooms the 2nd night. I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. Overall, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was good.

The hotel staff are warm, friendly and thoughtful. The location is perfect for sightseeing and strolling around. The breakfast is great, and afternoon tea is also provided. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, making my trip much easier. Highly recommended! It enjoys an excellent location with easy access to transport. The subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is fully equipped with complete facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy, offering a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are attentive, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast has a rich variety of options and is really good. It offers great value for money. The price is quite reasonable in the city center. The accommodation environment and hygiene are far better than budget hotels at the same price. The service is professional and well-regulated. I had a great experience with this laundry service. The staff were friendly and professional, and my clothes came back very clean and fresh. The room was decent, but cleanliness could be improved. It wasn’t as clean as I expected, and better attention to detail would make a big difference. The staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. One concern during my stay was the hotel layout. The guest room area is directly connected to the lobby, and the elevators can be accessed without any key card or restrictions. This lack of controlled access may affect the overall sense of safety and privacy for guests.

Aparentemente é um hotel tradicional para chineses, pois ninguém fala inglês e isto é um complicador, pois é necessário ficar usando tradutor o tempo todo para se comunicar. O café da manhã também é bem típico chinês, sem nada alternativo. Para alguém do ocidente por uns 3 dias é até interessante, mas para uma estadia mais longa passa a ser complicado. O quarto é excelente, cama e travesseiros excelentes e bom tamanho. Muito agradável, confortável e silencioso. O único problema é que não possuía janela, o que era meio desagradável por não ter vista alguma, mas, para descansar foi ótimo. A localização é fantástica. Perto de metrô, muito bem servido de restaurantes e várias outras coisas. Bem central.

広州旅行で2泊3日で滞在しました。北京路や大仏寺にとても近く、最高の立地でした。ホテルの部屋は広く余裕があり、設備も新しくとても清潔に保たれていました。2日目の清掃も完璧でした。朝食はバイキング形式で、とても充実したメニューが準備されていました。スタッフの方々はカウンターを通る際に必ず挨拶をしてくださり、何か困ったことがあった際に声を掛けやすい雰囲気がありました。また広州へ来る機会があればまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。
