Perfect location! You can access multiple shopping malls through the hotel's basement, and there’s endless food nearby, whether you want fine dining or casual eats. Huge shout-out to the staff—they were so responsive when I needed a room change and a laundry fix. The breakfast has tons of healthy picks, and despite the hotel's size, it never feels packed or busy. Awesome value for money.

My 2nd. stay in 1 week. Room, check in, and staff are very good. You just need to make sure your driver knows where reception is as its part of a shopping centre and not on the main Road. I would say the downside is there is no bar and once you check out your out, no where to sit. But there are plenty of good eating places right across the road and it's attached to a mall so coffee shops are nearby. Breakfast is good, concierge is helpful and they do store your bags. Both rooms I stayed in were excellent.
