Villa Castiglione

Villa Castiglione is a very charming property 1 kilometer (less than one mile) from La Ghirlanda (A charming wine resort in the middle of Tenuta di Saragano). Wide kitchen with a fireplace and fully equipped, a dinning room with a table that can sit 12 people, a large living room with a large fireplace and pool table, two sitting rooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, 4 with a shower and one with a bath tub, laundry room and pantry. Six bedrooms, three double beds, of which one with a four poster bed and three with double beds that can be converted to two single beds.

The property is immersed in the 220 hectares of the organic estate with untouched colonial houses elegantly restored, a lake hidden between the woods, vineyards and a cellar with production of DOC and DOCG wines from the Montefalco area. There is also a very large garden with ancient trees with an outdoor wooden oven and a barbeque. The plus of this property is the swimming pool with its clubhouse and the most breathtaking view over the Umbrian hills. It is the ideal place to organize walks in the midst of unspoiled nature and to visit the many art cities of Umbria.

This house can host up to 12 people. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Twice a week the property is cleaned by the housekeeper and the sheets and towels are changed (unless different agreements), all the utilities are included in the price (except for heating in the winter months).
