The Zellnerhof is a former farmhouse located just a few meters from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, in the center of Gstadt. It is also just a few meters away from Haus Chiemsee-Blick—our second guesthouse. From the balcony, the Zellnerhof offers a magnificent view of the lake, the island, and the mountains. The individually and modernly furnished vacation apartments are equipped with every comfort. In front of the house is a beautiful garden with a spacious terrace. For the most precious days of the year, our house offers comfort and, both indoors and outdoors, wonderful opportunities to enjoy a varied vacation. There is a good bakery and shopping in town.
The completely renovated Elisabeth vacation apartment is 45 square meters, accommodates 1 to 2 people, and consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a shower with a toilet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.



The spacious vacation apartment on the 1st floor is tastefully furnished in a cozy country-house style and has its own access to the balcony with a magnificent view of the shore, the lake, and the mountains.

Upon your arrival, the refrigerator in your vacation home will be stocked with welcome drinks, so you can quench your first thirst right away in complete comfort.

Bed linens, towels, table linens, dish towels, and dish soap are provided by the property; a hair dryer is available in the bathroom, and the living area features a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two stovetops, a dishwasher, and a microwave—the freezer is located in the hallway.

Outside, you’ll find parking spaces for cars, a bike shed, and a playground with a swing, slides, a ping-pong table, and various small toys.
