Ideally located between the pond and the Barberousse Tower. The living room on the first floor opens onto a spacious 30 m² terrace facing the pond and a 50 m² garden. There is one bedroom on the first floor (one queen-size bed) with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the pond. Two bright bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen-size bed and one with bunk beds) offer direct views of the Tower, facing south. Just steps from local markets, restaurants, and shops, this house allows you to do everything on foot, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by bike. Lovely house in a lovely location perfect for visiting the lovely shops restaurants and markets of Gruissan. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. We were under the impression that the house was air conditioned and were disappointed to find only one portable AC unit; overall this didn’t spoil our stay and we would happily return
