To spend a successful holiday, we offer you our property with a fully private swimming pool, not overlooked and heated, with spa (in summer May to September). located 15 minutes from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and Aiguillon la Presqu'île.<br><br>It consists of a main house renovated in 2023 (4 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 2 upstairs), a bathroom with toilet, shower room with toilet on the first floor and toilet upstairs. A kitchen open to the living room.<br>The outbuilding consists of two bedrooms and a shower room. There is a separate kitchen and living room. <br><br>IDEAL for two families/grandparent<br><br>Two areas for having lunch outside (under awning) with barbecue.<br><br>Parking on the grounds.<br><br>The garden is enclosed and flowered. The swimming pool includes terraces with garden furniture. Boules court.<br><br>Swimming pool heated from May to September min 27 degrees, secured by alarm and bar cover and spa (same period)<br><br>Quiet property located in the village of GRUES near a bakery, grocery store/tobacconist/newsagent, within walking distance. Supermarkets/restaurants at 7km<br><br>45 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Puy du Fou. Many activities (O fun Park, O gliss Park, zoo, Poitevin marshes...).

Nous avons loué ce logement pour passer un weekend entre amis. Le logement est idéal et très agréable. Le gite est vraiment un plus, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été également très appréciables !

Nous avons passé un bon weekend, malgré la météo capricieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de dome sur la piscine pour plus en profiter. Sinon, les logements sont parfaits, bien équipés. Accueil en toute autonomie. Attention aux voisinages, il ne faut pas abuser du bruit.

Weekend entre amis en Vendée

Magnifique weekend entre amis ! La maison est parfaite pour 14 personnes (couchages confortables, nombreuses salles de bains/toilettes, beaux espaces de vie, vaisselle, tables et chaises en quantité suffisante). C'est très propre et décoré avec goût, on s'y sent bien. Les extérieurs sont agréables, piscine chauffée et volet roulant facile à utiliser, 2 terrasses, la cour permet de stationner 3 voitures sans problème. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir la Vendée, et la côte. Pierre est réactif et la communication fluide. Je ne peux que recommander !
