Holiday Home 'Gründaublick' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi
We now offer a fully equipped, 160 square meter vacation home for up to six people, with a clay climate that is also suitable for allergy sufferers. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors in order to protect the clay climate. No immediate neighbors, you live alone in the house. There are up to three parking spaces in the garden. Free W-LAN. A flat-screen TV in each bedroom, as well as a 138cm flat-screen TV with soundbar and DVD player in the living room/bedroom (two bedrooms and a dining room with sofa bed on the ground floor). There are 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor with walk-in shower and underfloor heating and one on the first floor with bath and shower. Barbecue facilities on the balcony and outside on a lawned area. Coffee and sandwiches are available in the immediate vicinity, as well as everything you need for basic supplies. There is a bakery about three minutes' walk away, as well as a regionally renowned butcher's shop.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
