Multiple smart TVs, a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, this home is perfect for the winter and summer months with central air/heat. The home is less than a mile away from the lake and the community pool! The garage has foosball, air hockey, darts and Ping-Pong.. The home is part of the Pine Mountain Lake Community which is private & gated in Groveland, California. Please note there’s a one time $44 gate fee that must be paid to enter PML. See you Soon!!
