The beautiful 90 sqm apartment, recently renovated and new in furnishings, is composed as follows: entrance, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with three beds), 2 bathrooms (one of which with shower and the other also intended for laundry), small exclusive garden available to stay with table and chairs.
Despite being in the heart of the center of Grottammare, the apartment is still equipped with comfortable autonomies both in the entrance, which is independent, and in the exclusive outdoor space intended for the garden. The common driveway to three residential units is bordered by an automatic gate.
The distance from the beach, of very fine sand, is located at mt. About 250, and is equipped with numerous equipped bathing establishments and free spaces.
The distance from the main shops and services is approximately 100 meters.

Lovely seaside apartment

We had an excellent welcome from the hosts and were shown around the apartment. It was very clean and modern with everything we needed. It was well positioned- a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk. The apartment is also well positioned for the old part of Grottemare. Highly recommended.

Ruim appartement met terras. Op loopafstand van het strand. Winkels en restaurants dichtbij. Zeer vriendelijke Duitse eigenaresse die in de buurt woont.Parkeren van de auto is op de openbare weg .

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr nett von Judith empfangen und jederzeit war Sie für uns erreichbar und hat uns gute Tips gegeben. Das Haus, ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was für die Selbstversorgung nötig ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Zentral und daher alle Geschäfte und Restaurants innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zum Meer und Strandpromenade sind es auch nur 10 min. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind kein Problem (wir waren im September 2020 dort). Die Menschen in dem Ort gehen alle vernünftig und vorsichtig mit der Corana Situation um, daher fühlten wir uns auch sehr sicher. Es ist eine ganz tolle Unterkunft und Ort und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Grottamare!!!

Erholsame Woche in den Marken

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und einladend in einem modernen Design gehalten. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, im Stadtzentrum oder in der Altstadt. Judith ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin, gibt gute Tips und Ratschläge. Auch bei Fragen unterstützt sie mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.
