Beautiful single-family house "Sissi", built in 1790, renovated in 2021. 1 km from the centre of Großschönau, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Zittau, 30 km from the centre of Löbau, 10 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 170 m2. Hot tub. In the house: sauna, infrared sauna. Bread roll service. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Großschönau" 2 km, railway station "Großschönau" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, bathing lake "Olbersdorfer See" 10 km. Riding stable 50 m, ski lift 4 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km, children's playground 1 km. The Hot tub and the sauna in the wooden barrel are on the terrace. There is also an infrared sauna and hot tub in the house.
