The property is located right on the water’s edge, above a very pretty cove, with a secluded sandy beach that is rarely visited due to difficult public access. A private staircase provides direct access to the beach (see property layout). The beach, which slopes gently into the water (ideal for small children), includes a section covered with dry, odorless seaweed.
A terrace overlooking the beach offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and features a teak table with a parasol, chairs, and lounge chairs set amid greenery and next to a flower-filled patio.
